Livestock Department

Responsible for animal care, cattle inventory, animal security, animal movement, safety, and compliance.

Feed and Milling Department

Responsible for animal feeding, commodity inventory, feed handling and storage, equipment operating and maintenance, safety, and compliance.

Feedyard Operations and Maintenance

Responsible for smooth feedlot operations. Overall maintenance of equipment, pens, facilities, light/heavy mechanics, waterworks, dirt work, metal work, millwright, safety, and compliance. Involved with new construction and expansion.

Administration

Responsible for accurate and timely administration, safety, and compliance. Administration includes overall management, accounting, risk management, IT, and livestock and commodity data entry.

Management Trainee, Internship, or Veteran Programs

This is a growing program that can give individuals broad spectrum experience or can be specific to a discipline. Ideal for students or dedicated team members who want to advance in responsibility. (NOTE: A new program is being developed to train individuals with no experience. Ask for details!)
